I got a Family room. Overall I give hotel a perfect 6/6, Very clean, hygience, and because of newly renovated, the whole stay was perfectly enjoyable. Although this hotel in Geylang, but the location is out of red light districts. This hotel make me feels the price pay for similar 3 stars hotel, but a 5 star quality. In my opinion, this hotel is so much better than Tune hotel in Malaysia. Highly recommend.

The Fragrance Sapphire had a complete refurb earlier this year and the room was absolutely fine - clean,not too small, comfy bed,nice little bathroom. It is in a red light district but a very inoffensive one. This caused me as a single woman no problems although there was quite a lot of noise coming from the room opposite at one early evening point....The hotel was well situated just off the main Geylang Road and a great area for food,vibrancy and colour, easy transport by bus into town.Would certainly recommend.

The hotel was adequate and very clean. It provides coffee and water in the room. There are no restaurants in the hotel, but plenty of options in the neighborhood, from chinese to indian food. The front desk personnel was very helpful with giving directions and arranging for transportation to the airport. It is very accesible to public transportation which takes you to a lot of the sites. Definitely, would stay here again.
