We Stay only for 1 night. I bring My wife & 3 childen. The location is very bad for Family especialy children. Because opposite the hotel is Prostitude Area ( Light Red ). And we feel not safe in the room. We suggest to pay more to find other hotel outside Geylang Area. But great for Value of Money!!!

The rooms are clean and comfortable. However there was lingering smell of smoke from past occupants who smoked cigarettes. It is situated at the `red' district so bringing family along may be offensive for some. Reception was excellent and helped us find our way around Singapore. Highly recommended for mature travelers.

The room was very basic. The toilet, wash basin and shower are housed in the same room with little ventalation, hence it is a damp area with evidence of mould on the grout. The plumbing is excessively noisy expecially after the toilet is flushed. The noise of the plumbing continues for what seems to be for ever after flushing. Very annoying if trying to sleep. The hotel is on the same road of several brothels, which didn't bother me, but personalyl I would avoid bringing children to stay. The staff are all freindly and the service is speedy. All in all, the hotel suited our needs perfectly as we were up and out early each morning touring and back late at night. I would definately stay there again.
